- Ensure adherence to customs regulations and compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for imports and exports.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Monitor and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in audits and resolve customs-related issues.
- Provide training to staff on customs compliance matters.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customs compliance or related areas.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, expertise in export regulations, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment, requiring frequent communication with internal and external parties.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
