Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing and coordinating freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensuring shipments arrive on schedule and in good condition, and preparing cost-efficient nominations based on delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate forwarders and brokerage partners
• Prepare and submit nominated forwarders/brokers based on cost and schedule
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely, safe arrival
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with import requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in importation or logistics coordination
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
