Responsibilities
*Compile and enter data from source documents into computer database, files,and forms .
*Responsible for customs declaration creation ,conversion and valuation.
*Handling customs and quarantine documents including HBL ,PKL,CIV,PKD, and COO .
*Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry related task as delegated in urgent situations.
Job Requirements
*At Least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (passed board /Bar/Professional License Exam in Customs or similar). Logic/transportation or equivalent.
*Preferably at least 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding , brokerage, or logistics
*With import/export shipment data entry experience
*Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
*Must be willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao
