- Prepare and process all required documentation for customs clearance and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with clients and government authorities regarding customs issues.
- Analyze import/export data to identify trends and ensure compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain records of customs transactions and manage documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in customs operations or related areas
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in data analysis tools
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Experienced in contract negotiation and cost savings procurement
