Job Description:
- Provide technical and operational support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and service requests efficiently.
- Utilize HSM/HKS tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Document cases accurately and escalate concerns when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of BPO experience.
- Experience using HSM/HKS tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
