值班客服：
岗位职责
1、负责海外客户日常售后咨询、问题解答及基础售后问题处理，保障客户基本服务体验。
2、日常收集、登记客户的咨询、反馈及各类问题，做好信息记录，定期整理汇总。
3、跟进客户反馈问题的处理进度，配合对接相关部门，推动问题妥善解决。
4、配合团队完成日常客服对接工作，协助维护良好的客户关系，配合团队日常协作工作。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，了解基础海外贸易业务者优先。
2、具备基础的英文听说读写能力，可流畅对接海外客户日常沟通、解答基础咨询。
3、沟通表达顺畅，逻辑清晰，能够准确理解客户基础需求，高效对接处理问题。
4、具备良好的学习能力和应变能力，能够独立处理日常基础客服问题，应对简单突发情况。
5、工作认真细心、有责任心、服务意识良好，工作积极主动，服从团队安排，具备良好的团队协作精神。
