岗位职责
- 通过在线聊天、工单系统等渠道，为全球用户提供专业的英文客户服务；
- 处理用户关于账户、充值、提现、交易等相关问题，并协助解决用户在使用过程中的疑问；
- 收集用户反馈，及时跟进并协助内部团队处理相关问题；
- 协助官方活动、公告等内容的用户沟通与答疑工作；
- 持续优化用户服务体验，提升用户满意度；
- 配合团队完成轮班工作，保障 24/7 客服服务支持。
任职要求
- 英文口语流利，能够使用英语进行日常工作沟通；
- 专业不限，面向25-26应届毕业生；
- 对 Web3、加密货币、区块链行业感兴趣，有意愿长期学习和发展；
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和服务意识，能够耐心解决用户问题；
- 学习能力强，责任心强，能够适应快节奏工作环境；
- 能接受轮班制度及夜班安排，具备较强的抗压能力；
- 有客服经验、海外留学经历或 Web3 行业相关经验者优先。
