职位概述：

岗位职责：
- 通过多种渠道（如电子邮件、在线聊天）解决全球客户的查询/问题。
- 处理客户投诉，使用不同工具进行全面调查。
- 记录每次调查的结果，并妥善保存到指定位置。
- 与其他团队合作，处理有关公司产品及服务（如网站、平台等）的投诉与反馈。
- 持续学习公司的最新产品、服务及行业趋势，以便更好地帮助客户。
岗位要求：
- 具有相关领域的学士学位。
- 1年以上区块链、Web3及/或金融科技行业的客户服务相关经验。
- 中英文听说读写流利；具备多语言书写及口语能力者优先。
- 愿意按照固定轮班制（早班或夜班）工作。
- 能承受工作压力，从容应对挑战性情况。
- 热衷于为客户寻找合适的解决方案，能克服障碍解决问题；具备良好的成本效益决策能力。
- 良好的时间管理能力，能同时处理多项任务以解决客户的问题/查询。
