What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls with energy and enthusiasm
• Build genuine connections with customers and teammates
• Meet and exceed call center performance benchmarks
• Hit productivity and quality targets
• Own customer needs — resolve issues on the first call
• Educate customers on client products and services

Qualifications

• High School / Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• BPO experience is a plus (not required)
• Open to shifting schedules, including night shifts
• Willing to work on-site in SM City Dasmarinas or Robinson's Place
