Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
- Identify and escalate issues that require additional support or changes in procedure.
Requirements
- With Bookkeeping NC III Certification achieved recently or within the past 2 years
- With or without experience
- Able to commute to or is a resident of Makati or nearby areas
- With Social Media skills Of good character and suitable communication skills
