Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information via phone, chat, or email.

Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12).
- No BPO experience required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule.
