Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Tenable)

Location: PhilPlans Corporate Center, Kalayaan Avenue, Triangle Drive, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH; 3 days On-site)

Schedule: Mondays – Fridays (Weekends off)

Target Start Date: 30-Mar-2026

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: ₱45,000
• Allowances: ₱5,000 (₱3,000 allowance + ₱2,000 performance bonus incentive)
• Sign-on Bonus: ₱60,000 – ₱100,000

Responsibilities:

• Encourage clients to utilize new features that will help drive their business forward
• Provide insights and relay customer feedback to internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance, and Engineering
• Evaluate churn and downsell risks and proactively address dissatisfaction or feature gaps
• Develop plans to ensure successful platform adoption aligned with client business needs
• Conduct regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction
• Align customers with enablement resources to drive product adoption

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or Electronics Communication Engineering
• 1–2 years of B2B / Account Management experience
• Experience in account management is mandatory
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Open to candidates previously connected to Sutherland (case-to-case basis; must have at least 2 years gap)
• Not qualified if with experience in RingCentral, Avaya, or Cisco
