• Manage customer segments and database accuracy
• Test and optimize CRM features

Data & Insights

• Analyze performance and report KPIs
• Turn insights into CRM strategies

Qualifications:

• Experience in CRM, digital, or ecommerce marketing
• Hands-on with CRM/automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot)
• End-to-end email/SMS campaign execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; data-driven
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with interest in digital trends
• Shopify knowledge is a plus
