Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Client Success Manager who can build strong partnerships with clients, ensure satisfaction, and drive long-term business growth by aligning client goals with i3’s services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling relevant services
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver successful campaigns
• Monitor client performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management and clients
• Address client concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Represent i3 Inc. professionally in all client interactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client management, account management, sales, or customer success
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
• Background in marketing, beauty, cosmetics, or related industries is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Makati City
