Responsible for providing guidance, leadership and direct supervision to the Technical and Customer Service Team. Also responsible for overseeing all of the status of repairs in the technical workshop and ensuring that all Service Technician are complying as per Service Excellence and Quality guidelines to guarantee client/customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

- Preferably with a degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Business Management, or any other related 4-year course

- Must have at least three (3) years working experience in a customer service and technical environment

- Supplier/client relations exposure is a plus or experience with direct customer interaction is an added advantage

- Working experience in a service center - type business/ company is a plus

- Technical orientation and ability desired but not required

- Awareness of Consumer Rights Law is a plus but not required

- Knowledgeable in warehouse and inventory management

- Experience in consumer electronics business and any related type is a plus

- With retail exposure

- Familiarity in any system application is an advantage
