Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Monitor team performance and drive quality and productivity improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of contact center metrics, quality assurance, and reporting tools.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
