Description
- Lead a team of travel agents to ensure high-quality service delivery for GDS travel accounts.
- Manage daily operations, including performance monitoring and staff development.
- Facilitate training sessions on account management and GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre.
- Oversee customer service interactions to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for process improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 2–3 years of experience in the travel or BPO industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong account management and organizational skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in GDS systems, such as Amadeus or Sabre.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Working Conditions: Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate different time zones.
