Position: Sr Manager Process Improvement (Service Excellence)

Salary Offer: Php160,000 basic pay + allowances

Work Schedule: shifting schedules

Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• With at least 8-10 years of experience as Sr Manager Process Improvement (Service Excellence).
• Experience working in a BPO Company is an advantage.
• Amendable to work in a shifting Schedule.
• Amendable to work in Hybrid Setup.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute service excellence strategies, lead transformation projects, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects, from scoping and analysis to implementation and monitoring results
• Partner with operations, client, and leadership teams to achieve goals and implement changes.
• Ensure adherence to standards (SOW, regulations) and report on project progress and impact.
