• At least 1 year of experience handling a Healthcare Account in the BPO industry
• With experience handling a team
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig or Makati
• Open to shifting schedules

Job Description:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets
• Monitor daily operations and ensure KPIs such as productivity, quality, and attendance are met
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations for team members
• Handle escalations and complex customer concerns when needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements
• Coordinate with Operations Managers and other departments to improve team performance
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance
• Drive employee engagement and support continuous improvement initiatives
