Nintendo Service Center Assistant Officer-in-Charge

We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Assistant Officer-in-Charge to support the daily operations of our Nintendo Service Center. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service processes, assisting in team supervision, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the OIC in overseeing daily service center operations
• Ensure proper handling, documentation, and tracking of repair units
• Monitor service turnaround times and escalate concerns when necessary
• Support inventory management of spare parts and accessories
• Provide frontline customer support and assist in resolving concerns
• Help supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (e.g., front desk, BPO, receptionist, or similar roles)
• With leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge or strong interest in Nintendo products and gaming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Willing to be assigned at One Ayala, Makati
