Requirement

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative for a Travel Account
  • Minimum requirement is 1 year experience in using any GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, etc).
  • Educational Qualifications:- Minimum of a Diploma degree / 1 year in College .
  • Experience Level:- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies:- Proficiency in English language.- Strong interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.- Managing customer accounts and processing orders.
  • Working Conditions:- Office-based role with potential for shift work to cover various time zones.
