Description :

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and orders via phone, email, or chat. They ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving problems, and processing requests efficiently. Key skills include communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach.


Salary and Benefits:

15000 - 17000 Salary package

20% Night differential pay

HMO on 3rd month

13th-month pay

Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be an HS/SHS graduate
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite
  • Must be amenable to shifting schedules, graveyard shifts, and overtime.
