Description

  • Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy following Company guidelines.
  • Provide accurate information to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to management.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets within our BPO & Call Center industry standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 - 50 yrs. old
  • JHS & HS grad.(Old curriculum) Must have at least 6mos. Call center experience
  • College Graduate (No exp. needed)
  • Skills and Competencies: Effective communication, basic computer proficiency, and customer service orientation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answering calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to issues.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, ability to work under pressure, and attentiveness to customer needs.
