Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy following Company guidelines.
Provide accurate information to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to management.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets within our BPO & Call Center industry standards.

Must be 18 - 50 yrs. old
JHS & HS grad.(Old curriculum) Must have at least 6mos. Call center experience
College Graduate (No exp. needed)
Skills and Competencies: Effective communication, basic computer proficiency, and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities and Duties: Answering calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to issues.
Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, ability to work under pressure, and attentiveness to customer needs.
