Description
- Assist customers in identifying and resolving issues related to potential fraud.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor transactions for signs of fraud and escalate any suspicious activities.
- Document all interactions with customers for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve fraud detection processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, empathetic demeanor
