Description
- Act as a primary point of contact for patients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the care process.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure proper scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and answer any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations and delivery of care.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Atleast 6months BPO experiences
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in customer service and organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits:Strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively
- Skills and Competencies:Familiarity with call center operations and technical skills
