Job Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Teleperformance’s BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) account. The role involves handling international customer inquiries through voice channels, providing accurate and professional assistance, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for an international BFSI account.
• Provide professional and accurate assistance regarding customer concerns and account-related inquiries.
• Resolve issues efficiently while following company and client policies.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Adapt to a shifting work schedule, including possible night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in an international voice account is preferred.
• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Good English communication skills .
• Must have an NBI Clearance.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
