Description

• Handles patient biling and insurance inquiries through calls, emails, and chats. Assists patients in understanding their statements and coverage, resolves billing discrepancies and claim rejections, and ensures documentation complies with HIPAA and TCPA. Escalates complex issues as needed and educates patients on payment plans and financial assistance while meeting performance targets for resolution time, accuracy, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: At least have experience in Medical Billing Specialist
• Skills and Competencies:Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, proficiency in scheduling and problem-solving
• Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to accurately review and process claims, manage patient communications
• Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented, organized, proactive in resolving issues
