• Assist clients with inquiries regarding retirement accounts, including 401(k)s and annuities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Educate clients on various retirement products and options available.
• Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 1-3 years in customer service or financial services
• Required: Experience handling U.S. retirement plans, such as:
• 401(k)
• Annuities
• Life Insurance
• Retirement plan withdrawals
• Retirement plan applications
• Plan loans
• Policy/account handling
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of 401(k), annuities, and life insurance products
• Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Working Conditions: Office environment, interacting with clients via phone and email
• Preferred: Experience handling voice and non-voice financial accounts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with plan documents, procedures, financial products, and services
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
