• Handle customer enquiries and provide support via phone.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information about products and services offered.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or SHS Graduate
• Experience Level: 6 months – 2 years
• At least 6 months of BPO experience in any of the following accounts:
• Healthcare
• Banking & Financial Services
• Telecommunications (Telco)
• Retail
• Travel
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English and effective communication skills
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Working Conditions: Flexible shifts may be required, including evenings and weekends
• Willing to work onsite

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Meet quality and performance standards
