Call center agents represent the brand as the primary voice and face of a company. They manage phone interactions, resolve client issues, handle purchases, update records, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
What you'll do daily:
Answer customer calls
Explain products clearly
Solve problems and answer queries
Update client files
Take detailed call notes
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
