Requirements

  • Experience Level: with 6 months of Healthcare experience in BPO customer service is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential weekend or evening shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential for success.
