Customer Service Representative (Blended Support)

Role Description

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to provide exceptional support across voice, chat, and SMS channels. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and can deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice, chat, and SMS channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Promote products or services when applicable to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions while meeting productivity targets.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Experience in a sales account or sales-related role is required.
• Amenable to working in a blended setup (voice, chat, and/or SMS).
• Interest in or knowledge of sports is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Full-time, permanent position only.
• Strictly no working students.
