Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with cruise bookings, inquiries, and reservations
• Provide accurate information about cruise packages, itineraries, and promotions
• Handle basic sales transactions and upsell cruise services when applicable
• Support travel partners with booking requests and account concerns
• Ensure excellent customer experience through professional communication
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or College Graduate
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Customer-oriented and willing to learn

Salary Package:

₱23,500 – ₱26,500 (depending on qualifications)
