- Handle customer inquiries in both English and Spanish efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Bilingual in English and Spanish, excellent communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team.
- Working Conditions: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
