- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and adaptable; strong problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
