- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with call center operations and customer service principles
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic and excellent people skills
