Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare accounts.
• Provide accurate information regarding member benefits, claims, and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Senior High School or High School Graduate
• No call center experience required
• English proficiency equivalent to B1 CEFR
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
