Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Account)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about healthcare-related services over the phone. You will deliver professional customer support while following company policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, benefits, billing, or general concerns.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and update account records.
• Meet performance, attendance, and quality standards.
• Follow company policies and data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications:

• College graduate (any course).
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Cavite.
• Open to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but may not be required, depending on the hiring requirements.
