Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by handling fraud-related concerns, verifying account activities, and helping prevent unauthorized transactions. You will provide excellent customer service through phone interactions while ensuring customer accounts remain secure. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: BGC (Work Onsite)

Salary Package: 20,000-25,000 Basic

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Open to newbies and applicants with no call center experience
• At least customer service is an advantage but not required
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
