Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English.
- Skills and Competencies: Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a positive attitude.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
