June is hiring its next large group of full-time virtual assistants in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

You will support clients in the United States: answer messages, handle requests, solve problems, retain customers, document important details, and escalate issues appropriately. AI handles much of the busywork; you provide judgment, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.

Compensation starts at a guaranteed PHP 50,000 per month and rises toward PHP 100,000 as you take on more clients and successfully retain them.

The customer-coverage commitment is 10:00 AM-7:00 PM US Eastern Time, including a one-hour break midway through the shift. That is approximately 10:00 PM-7:00 AM Philippine time during US daylight saving time and 11:00 PM-8:00 AM during US standard time.

Job Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you communicate clearly and naturally in spoken English, stay calm when instructions are incomplete, notice important details, make sensible decisions, and follow through without being chased.

Selected candidates must be willing and able to travel to Makati for one paid, 3-4-hour training session on August 20, 21, or 22, 2026. Exact session times are still to be confirmed.

This paid training day is the final step in June's hiring process. Completing training does not guarantee an ongoing role; performance during training determines who receives an offer.
