Cantonese Customer Service Representative – WFH (PH Based Applicants)

We are looking for a Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Candidates must be currently residing in the Philippines, as applicants based outside the country will not be considered. Candidates with a valid work visa and employment permit allowing them to work in the Philippines will be prioritized.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, email, and other support channels.
• Provide professional customer support in Cantonese and English.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions using company systems and tools.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns when necessary.
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Build customer trust and loyalty through excellent service and effective problem resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Cantonese with strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without BPO experience are welcome to apply, provided they meet the language requirements.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable working in a remote/WFH environment.
• Must have a reliable and stable internet connection.
• Must have a personal computer/laptop that meets the required technical specifications.
• Willing to work on a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) setup.
• Must be willing to work the required shift schedule, including weekends or holidays if applicable.
