We are seeking a motivated Campaign & Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a part-time role (10AM–2PM PST, US), perfect for someone who thrives in structured daily tasks and enjoys supporting client success.

Responsibilities

• Inbox management: Respond daily to email campaigns, client conversations, Meta inbox messages, and Skool community interactions.
• Campaign reporting: Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance and updates.
• Client tracking: Monitor client calls, payments, ad spend, and campaign updates (including A/B testing).
• Client communication: Handle basic client communication and provide quick fixes when needed.

Requirements

• Platform knowledge: Basic understanding of Instantly and GoHighLevel.
• Direction following: Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• English proficiency: Strong English communication skills.

Compensation

• Part-time schedule: 10AM–2PM PST (US)
• Pay range: 15,000–20,000 PHP monthly
