- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and solution-oriented service to customers.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds.
- Follow up until customer issues are fully resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional service.
- Stay updated on the latest product, service, and company policy information.
- High school graduates are welcome to apply, (D3/S1) will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of empathy and patience, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act quickly.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Willing for WFH (Work From Home) position.
