We are looking for a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support to guests and travelers. The role involves assisting customers with cruise reservations, bookings, itinerary inquiries, payments, travel details, and general account concerns.

You will communicate with customers through phone, email, or chat, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from booking through their cruise journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cruise reservations, bookings, and itinerary inquiries.
• Provide information about cruise packages, schedules, destinations, and services.
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and other customer requests.
• Process customer information and update booking/account records accurately.
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams when concerns require further assistance.
• Explain policies, procedures, fees, and travel-related information clearly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity targets.
• Provide professional and friendly service in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, airline, hotel, or cruise accounts is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Willing to work onsite.
