We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Bridgetowne. This is a great opportunity for college graduates who want to start or grow their career in the BPO industry.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
Assist customers with account-related requests
Document customer interactions accurately
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain excellent customer service
Qualifications
College graduate with or without experience
OR completed 2 years in college with at least 6 months of customer service-related experience
Above-average English communication skills
Good interpersonal and comprehension skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Willing to work onsite
