Description
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update accounts with relevant information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Provide feedback on service operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English language and strong customer service skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with occasional evening or weekend shifts.
