Job Description

We are seeking a Provider Account Customer Service Representative to provide professional and efficient support to healthcare providers. The role involves handling account inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate – with or without experience
  • Completed 2 years in College with at least 6 months of customer service-related experience
  • Above-average English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and detail-oriented
  • Fully Vaccinated
