- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service quality.
Requirements

- Experience Level:0–2 years.
