HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their concerns.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns through phone, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional and positive interaction with customers.
• Analyze customer concerns and perform basic problem-solving.
• Document customer interactions and update necessary information.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work on weekends and holidays when required.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Php 18,000 – Php 19,000
• Flex Fund Allowance: Php 1,000
• Night Differential: 20%
• Other company benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• College Graduate — with or without BPO experience
• Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months customer service-related experience
• Above-average English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and comprehension skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
